I was playing 1v1, two terrans.
Raven used seeker missile, even when i didnt research it.
I think same thing was with rest of hes skills,
maybe its because my enemy researched them? Its just a guess.

ye the raven abilities dont work as supposed right now.
and no, it's not that your enemy reseached it, it starts with seeker reseached.
as for other tech im not sure right now but this will be fixed soon.

and no worries my native language isn't english either !
